Clarissa Casas
DIRECTOR
Mrs. Clarissa has been with little corral day school for the past 5 years. She proudly holds a General Studies Degree, Child Development Certificate (CDC), CPR and First Aid Certification,
and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Multicultural Education. With several years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, she brings both knowledge and heart to her role. Clarissa began her career in the classroom, working directly with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. That foundation gave her a deep understanding of what children need at every stage of development, as well as what educators need to feel supported and successful in their work.
As a Director, Clarissa is committed to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can thrive, families feel welcome, and staff feel empowered. She leads with compassion, clear communication, and strong attention to detail—making sure daily operations run smoothly while keeping the needs of her team and the children front and center.
Clarissa is known for her approachable leadership style and her passion for building strong relationships with families. She believes that early childhood education is not just about teaching—it’s about laying the foundation for a child’s lifelong love of learning and helping them feel safe, loved, and confident every step of the way.
Clarissa continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the children, families, and educators she works with every day.
Mr. Julian has been a part of Little Corral Day School for most of his life. His journey began as a young student, attending Little Corral from the age of 3 until he was 12. Growing up in this environment gave him a unique connection to the center’s values, traditions, and deep-rooted sense of community. Today, with over 7 years of professional experience as a staff member, Julian serves as Assistant Director—bringing both his personal history and professional dedication to the team every single day.
Julian holds his Child Development Certificate (CDC) and is fully certified in CPR and First Aid, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in his care. He has worked in nearly every classroom at Little Corral, from infants to school-age, and is known for his calm presence, dependable leadership, and ability to connect with children and families alike.
Julian is passionate about helping children grow through hands-on learning, structure, and compassion. His approach is grounded in consistency and communication, and he takes great pride in being a positive male role model for the children at our school. Whether he’s mentoring staff, assisting families, or leading by example, Julian’s dedication is felt by everyone who walks through our doors.
